I’ve found that meditation improves my ability to focus and be present in the moment. It helps me connect with my intuition and access my divine genius. And it gives me a sense of peace and balance that I feel so much more connected to myself and others when I’m doing this daily.

Meditation can be difficult at first, but it becomes easier with practice. And once you get good at it, it becomes something you don’t want to stop doing because it feels so good for your mind and body!

Today’s episode is about receiving downloads, messages, and guidance from your highest self, God, the universe, the divine – whatever you call it.

How prepare for the meditation?

Before listening, I highly advise that you prepare yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. You may do any of the steps below, whatever resonates with you:

• Commit to yourself at least a few minutes of your time for self-care.
• Make sure that you wear comfortable clothes.
• Block all possible distractions, like putting your phone on silent.
• Set the mood. Find a spot that you consider a safe space.
• Light a candle, pull an oracle card or do some breathing cleanse.

What to do after the meditation?

After listening, take all the time that you need to absorb. Observe what you feel after the meditation. And if it helps, write them down in your journal. Don’t forget to also take down notes about the downloads, messages, and realizations you’ve had during the meditation. Set your intention throughout the day.
